An oasis for the body and mind

BODYBALANCE consists of controlled breathing exercises and meditation and a carefully structured set of stretching movements and postures. A comprehensive fitness class that gives the body harmony and balance.

BODYBALANCE FAQs

Your clothes should be comfortable and not wear shoes. Your feet should be bare to have full contact with the floor during balance exercises and yoga postures. When the weather is cold, you can bring along some warm clothes that you can wear during relaxation and meditation. You can bring your own yoga mat but is not necessary.
The course will benefit you even if you participate once a week. However, the ideal would be three times a week.
Usually, it takes about three classes to have a good feel of the course and understand the structure and the exercises it contains. At first, you may feel a slight soreness, but this will soon pass, while you see the strength and flexibility to grow and your posture to improve. From the first lesson, you will feel the stress reduced and your spirit refreshed.
