We recommend one day break between training sessions for recovering but you can include the CXWORX at the end of other Les Mills programs or other aerobic programs.
CXWORX is a low intensity aerobic ... you just bring the strength and determination. The choices given are for all levels.
Comfortable sports clothes, sports shoes, towel and your best mood. The resistance rubber is given by us.
